Overview

Nyetimber are producers of English sparkling wine, known for a strong emphasis on craft, provenance and quality.

I designed a responsive website to showcase the wine range while also telling the story behind the brand, its philosophy and approach to production. The site needed to feel refined and confident, reflecting the premium nature of the product.

Research and insights

This was a design led project, but research played a role in setting direction.

I reviewed competitor sites and wider luxury and wine industry digital work to understand how premium brands presented themselves online. This helped establish expectations around tone, layout, use of imagery and restraint.

The goal was to ensure Nyetimber felt confident and premium without relying on visual gimmicks, and that it stood comfortably alongside established international wine brands.


Design work

The project moved quickly into design.

I focused on translating the brand into a clean, elegant digital experience that balanced product information with storytelling. Layouts were designed to give space to photography and content, allowing the wines and the brand narrative to lead.

The design was deliberately restrained, ensuring it worked well across devices while maintaining a premium feel.
