Overview
Greenwich Peninsula is a large scale regeneration project in London, positioned as a new residential and cultural district with a strong sense of place and community.
The brief was to design an elegant, responsive website to showcase property developments while also promoting the wider vision of the Peninsula as a place to live, work and spend time.

Research and insights
This was a fast moving, design led project with limited formal research.
Direction was shaped through stakeholder discussions and close alignment with existing brand materials, including printed brochures, advertising and on-site marketing across London. The priority was visual consistency and confidence rather than exploration or testing.
The audience needed to understand the scale, quality and ambition of the development quickly, with the site acting as a digital extension of the offline campaign.
Design work
The project moved straight into design.
I focused on translating the established brand into a digital experience that felt premium and considered without over complicating the structure. Layouts were designed to give space to photography, messaging and property information, with a clear hierarchy that worked across devices.
The design balanced marketing impact with clarity, ensuring the site supported both storytelling and practical browsing.
